We are a well-established, growing dental practice in Los Angeles seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead operations, manage the team, and drive practice performance.

Must have experience working as manager in a dental office.
Experience with Denti-Cal Preferred.


This is a leadership role for someone who takes ownership, improves systems, and is focused on results—not just maintaining daily operations.

We are looking to hire quickly and begin interviews immediately.

Must have 4+ years experience working as a manager in a dental office.

Experience with Denti-Cal strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the dental office.
  • Manage and support front desk and clinical team.
  • Optimize schedule to maximize production and efficiency.
  • Monitor and improve key metrics (production, collections, case acceptance, cancellations).
  • Oversee insurance billing, AR, and treatment coordination.
  • Ensure excellent patient experience and handle issues professionally.
  • Improve systems, workflows, and team accountability.
  • Manage hiring and onboarding (especially dental assistants).

Requirements:
  • 4+ years dental office management experience.
  • Strong understanding of PPO insurance, billing, and treatment planning.
  • Experience with Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and improve performance.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.

Compensation:
  • $75,000 – $95,000 per year.
  • Performance-based bonus tied to office growth, collections, and team performance.

Schedule:
  • Full-time (40 hours/week).
  • Tuesday – Friday, Saturday.

This role is ideal for someone who prefers autonomy and takes pride in running an office efficiently without needing constant direction.
